Our events begin May 3 -5 . Festival proceeds are donated to local and regional charities.
Prior Rallies have raised thousands of dollars and have donated to the following
organizations:
 New Mexico Military Institute Balloon Scholarship  Roswell and Goddard High School Bands
Fund  The Shriners Hospital Fund
 Big Brothers Big Sisters Program  Roswell Assurance Home
 The first Tee of Southeastern New Mexico  Roswell Cerebral Palsy Fund
 Roswell and Goddard High School Senior Scholarships  The Albuquerque Balloon Explorium
 Kiwanis Club of Roswell  DARE/GREAT Programs
 Roswell Youth Soccer Association  Carrie Tingley Hospital for Crippled Children

Cinco De Mayo will be jam packed with 9 different musical performances, Roswell Folklorico Dancers, jalapeno & taco
eating contest, Arts & Craft Vendors & more! Select this sponsorship and help this free community event.

$500 Cinco De Mayo Sponsorship- Business Logo on Event Banner, Business Logo placed on T-Shirt (T-Shirt included)
Business Logo on all marketing material (poster & postcard), Announced Business recognition throughout the event &
on the radio.
30 PLUS hot air balloons, pilots and crew will travel to Roswell from throughout the United States and Europe to
participate in this amazing event. The inflation of the balloons starts around 6:30AM at Russ Dekay Soccer Complex.
The festivities will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please review and select a sponsorship option below.

$300.00 Local Sponsorship- Entitles sponsors to a balloon ride for 2, a gift bag, banner, rally pin & T-Shirt. Sponsor’s
name will be placed on the Rally T-Shirts. Sponsors are invited and encouraged to participate in all social events, which
include: registration party Friday evening, Saturday’s brunch and tailgate party Sunday after flying. [Sponsor rides take
place on Saturday, weather permitting, if not Sunday]
$600.00 Corporate Sponsorship- Entitles sponsors to all of the Local Sponsorship privileges as well as your logo will be
placed on the Rally T-Shirts and be included in our Rally Posters.
